3. The containers used must be dry, clean and dust-free, otherwise it will affect the surface effect of the glue after curing, resulting in undesirable phenomena such as ripples, water lines and pockmarks.
4, the glue must be weighed accurately according to the weight ratio, the proportion of the imbalance will make the glue dry for a long time or the hard glue becomes soft.
5. The glue must be stirred evenly, otherwise the surface of the glue will appear after curing, that is, resin lines, or the glue will not cure completely.
6, the operation site and working environment must be air circulation, and be sure to make no dust, debris, otherwise it will affect the transparency of the colloid or make the surface of the glue cured spots, the effect.
7. The relative humidity of the air in the working environment is recommended to be controlled within 68%, and the site temperature should be 23-25 ℃. If the moisture in the working environment is too heavy, the glue surface will be oxidized into mist or bubbles will be difficult to eliminate. The temperature is too low or too high will affect the glue curing and use time.
8. The work dripped with glue should be dried in the concentrated area, and the temperature should be controlled at about 28 ℃-40 ℃.
9. If the delivery period is tight, heating and curing can be adopted, but heating can only be carried out after drying for more than 90 minutes in the concentrated drying area. The heating temperature should be controlled within 65 ℃, and the specific drying time should be determined according to the glue itself.
10. The glue barrel should be covered immediately after the glue is poured out to avoid long-term contact with air and cause oxidation and crystallization of the glue.
