O-ringMainly used for static seal and reciprocating motion seal. When used for rotary motion sealing, it is limited to low-speed rotary sealing devices. O-ring seal is generally installed in the outer circle or inner circle on the cross-section of the rectangular groove from the sealing effect. O-ring in oil, acid and alkali, friction, chemical erosion and other working environment still play a good sealing performance, shock absorption in machine tools, ships, automobiles, aerospace equipment, metallurgical machinery, chemical machinery, construction machinery, mining machinery, petroleum machinery, plastic machinery, agricultural machinery, and all kinds of instruments, a large number of various types of seals.
Compared with other seals, O-ring has a wide range of advantages:
1, suitable for a variety of sealing forms: static seal, dynamic seal;
2, suitable for a variety of materials, size and groove have been standardized, strong interchangeability;
3, suitable for a variety of motion seal: rotary motion seal, axial reciprocating motion seal or combined motion seal (such as rotary reciprocating combined motion);
4. Suitable for a variety of different sealing media: oil, water, gas, chemical media or other mixed media;
