He entered the company on March 5, 2016 and worked carefully in the secondary vulcanization position. The tasks assigned by the superiors could be completed on time. In summer, when the workshop temperature was as high as 35~45 ℃, he did his own job well every day without complaint and completed the secondary vulcanization of 700~900W products. After finishing his job, clean the toilet on the second floor spontaneously every day for the convenience of the same workshop personnel.

I joined the company in March 2017 and have been working in the company for 4 years and 4 months. I will actively accept the task and complete it with good quality and quantity if others do not do any products that are difficult to operate. At the beginning of last month, the production efficiency was only 89.9. At the beginning, the production efficiency reached only a little bit. We have always kept in mind that through a few days of running-in production and the company's daily daily rise and morning meeting, we will announce a little progress, it is also a little progress every day, and the production capacity of this product will be increased to 133 through hard work. Many employees did not want to open this machine during production, because the product was difficult to make, and everyone was afraid that the quality performance would be deducted from the high defect rate and the production capacity would not be reached. I was also the first time to actively cooperate with the production of this product. The maximum yield reached 109 through the concerted efforts of three people, in the middle of this, we don't even want to go to the toilet once.
In addition to improving product efficiency, at the same time, our group of three people are also thinking of all ways to improve product quality, discussing how to reduce more than 40 defective products to more than 20 per shift every time. After careful consideration, we found that there was a small needle with bad eye on the word, so we tried to make up glue and bake it to become a good product. Through our efforts, the bad rate reached 6.3 at its best, the standard non-performing rate of this product is 15%, and the target non-performing rate of the three of us is to control it to less than 5%.

On September 13, 2018, I joined the company. At the beginning of the company, I was a full QC. Because of the shortage of FQC, I took the initiative to take over the work of FQC when I knew the heavy workload of FQC. Every day, the shipping report needs to be filled in almost completely. It also needs to be filled in according to the different shipping report requirements of different customers, with few errors. In this position, every package of products shipped from the warehouse needs to be fully inspected every day. At the last checkpoint, an average of about 20 quality abnormalities can be found every month, and they work almost every day until early morning. Due to the problem of internal quality management, although customer complaints still occur all the time, she has done her duty as an FQC in her own work. Finding feedback problems in a timely manner is the best interpretation of enthusiasm for work, due diligence for work and focusing on the overall situation.

Executive Star No. 4: Ms. Zhu *
1. Work content:
The main job is an outsourced buyer, but the sideline job is a multi-job. Except for production materials and moulds, Zhu Qing is responsible for all major and minor purchasing affairs in the factory, ranging from buying stationery and making posters to buying equipment and decorating. There are many unexpected things, temporary work and chores every day, but Zhu Qing can also finish the work on time and according to quality.
2. Work attitude:
Can think of the overall situation of the work, obey the arrangement, do their duty to their own work, never perfunctory in their own things, not stingy with their own energy and time, belong to a spontaneous combustion type.
3. Work ability:
Have strong ability to find, analyze and solve problems, clear thinking and strong logical thinking ability. Be able to cooperate with colleagues in the company, be good at communication and keep the work information unblocked.
4. Work execution:
As COO of the department, it fully implements the relevant work plans and tasks, asks and records the completion results of each person in the department every day after graduation, and achieves the principle of checking ahead of schedule and letting the results ahead of schedule.

2. Through efforts, the average efficiency reached 150 in July and the qualified rate of quality reached 99.2.
3. As long as the work goal is not completed every day, I will not leave my job.

2. On June 15, it was necessary to complete the shipment of 1W. Due to the problem of the forming mold, the product produced was abnormal and the demoulding cracked by 30%, resulting in the failure to deliver the goods in the later stage. The employee had already left work and received the notice from the subordinate cadre. He returned to his job as soon as possible to help complete the production and shipment task and ensure that the 1W product of the shipment task was completed on time.

I started to join Huizhou Mingzhen Quality Team on June 1, 2020. This team is very caring and team spirit. Every morning at the end of the promotion meeting, the supervisor will tell us about the shortcomings of our team and how we can improve our ability to find and solve problems. In this way, I quickly melted into this quality team, in July, when I was out, I was accidentally hit on my hands and feet by someone drunk driving. My supervisor asked me to rest for a few days, but I thought to myself that my department was missing me and there was no one to monitor the molding quality. I could not hold the team back because I loved my job and I wanted to go to work even if I was injured. At the same time, in July, the qualified rate of molding quality of this shift will be controlled at 97.6, target 97%;
