In the molding process of the silicone product factory, the debugging and coordination of the machine has a certain influence. Sometimes in the vulcanization process, in order to improve the output and increase the production efficiency, the product that reduces the vulcanization time will soften. In order to increase the output, the temperature must be increased to reach a certain balance rate under the premise of reducing the time, otherwise the product will have various undesirable phenomena, however, if the product is too brittle and stretched for too long, it will also tear. It is suggested that the time and vulcanization temperature of the product should be properly controlled during the production process.

Silicone products in the molding process a little do not pay attention to there will be some undesirable phenomena. Such as silicone products poor elasticity. And some of the more frequently used silica gel pieces have certain requirements for tensile toughness, and the product mainly needs his tensile toughness to maintain. Therefore, in some manufacturing industries, the use of silicone materials in the machinery industry once the strength is insufficient, rebound shock absorption failure, the other performance of the product will be useless.
For raw materials, ordinary silica gel will have some problems, such as service life is not up to standard, poor toughness, and insufficient rebound. Adding too much silicone oil and white carbon black to the silica gel raw material leads to disordered performance of the product. The silicon atoms in the silicone resin are destroyed, the softness decreases, stickiness occurs, and the softness fluidity is not good, resulting in a decrease in the tensile strength of the product after high-temperature molding. The product will not be reflected after the production is completed. However, after a period of use, the product will gradually deform and the rebound rate will decrease, product stickiness and other phenomena.
