Silicone tube is the circulation and coating carrier of liquid, gas and other materials. It is widely used in modern industry, national defense industry and daily necessities. When producing silicone tube, a small mistake may make its hardness high. What should I do? If silicone products reduce the hardness of silicone tube and reach the product index, the finished silicone tube cannot change its hardness. This is for vulcanized silicone tube, there are mainly the following methods:.
1. If the cost is not considered, the silica gel key component of the oil can also be increased, and the carbon black parts can be appropriately reduced. If the basic silica gel material has not been produced, the amount of oil must be increased in the formula. The hardness of the finished silica gel tube cannot be changed.
2, or look at what material is the sealing ring silicone tube products, so that it continues to vulcanize, to over vulcanization, can also reduce the hardness, but the performance of the product is not guaranteed.
3. You can use an oven to vulcanize the surface products to return to the original, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the hardness. The liquid silica gel cannot guarantee the degree index to be achieved.
Rubber tube refers to the tube used for gas transportation, which is commonly used in gas welding, gas cutting, various gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding and cutting, etc. What are the inspection standards for rubber tubes used in silicone rubber products, as follows:.
1. Like hose size measurement: inner diameter, outer diameter, outer diameter of reinforcement layer, wall thickness, concentricity, inner and outer layer glue thickness, inner diameter of assembly, the new national standard and ISO have added length and measurement point marks, and stipulated the measurement method of hose length without pipe joints and joints of various pipe silicone key manufacturers.
2. Hydraulic test verification pressure test: check whether the hose and assembly leak, deform and destroy for 30s-60s under the verification pressure. Pressure deformation test: keep it for 1 minute under the specified pressure (seal working pressure verification pressure or other pressure lower than the verification pressure), and measure the length and outer diameter change, torsion angle and bending of the hose.
Burst pressure test: measure the pressure of rubber products when rubber hoses burst at the specified boosting speed. Leakage test: store for 5min at a static pressure of 70% of the minimum burst pressure and repeat it once to check for leakage or damage. As the test often uses water, which is different from the viscosity of the actual liquid, the burst pressure and leakage pressure measured at normal temperature of rubber keys may be slightly lower.
3. Low temperature bending test Low temperature rigidity: The rubber hose is clamped on a torsion wheel with a diameter of 12 times the inner diameter of the rubber hose. After being parked at low temperature for 6 hours, the ratio of the torque measured when twisting 180 degrees within 12s to the torque measured at standard temperature.
