During operation, it is fixed on one ring or washer of the bearing and contacts with another ring or washer or forms a narrow labyrinth gap to prevent lubricating oil from leaking out and foreign objects from invading. The sealing ring is a rubber ring with a circular cross-section, which is called an O-ring.
1. nitrile rubberSealing ringSuitable for use in petroleum hydraulic oil, glycol hydraulic oil, diester lubricating oil, gasoline, water, silicone grease, silicone oil and other media. Is currently the most widely used, the lowest cost of rubber seals. Not suitable for use in polar solvents such as ketones, ozone, nitro hydrocarbons and chloroform.
2. polyurethane rubber sealing ring: the mechanical properties of polyurethane rubber is very good, wear resistance, high pressure resistance are far better than other rubber. Aging resistance, ozone resistance, oil resistance is also quite good, but high temperature is easy to hydrolyze. Generally used for high pressure resistance, wear resistance sealing link.
3. hydrogenated nitrile rubber sealing ring: has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, tear resistance and compression deformation resistance, ozone resistance, sunlight resistance and weather resistance. Better abrasion resistance than nitrile rubber. Suitable for washing machinery and automobile engine systems. Not recommended for use in alcohols, esters or aromatic solutions.
4. fluorine rubber sealing ring: high temperature resistance is better than silicone rubber, some weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, cold resistance is poor. The sealing ring has resistance to most oils and solvents, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and animal and vegetable oils. Suitable for sealing needs of diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical plants. It is not recommended for ketones, low molecular weight esters and mixtures containing nitrate.
5. silicone rubber sealing ring: heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, resistance to atmospheric aging performance. It has good insulation properties. However, the tensile strength is worse than the general rubber and does not have oil resistance. Silicone rubber seal ring is suitable for household appliances such as electric water heaters, electric irons, microwave ovens, etc. It is also suitable for all kinds of products that are in contact with the human body, such as kettles, drinking fountains, etc. Not recommended for use in most concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids and sodium hydroxide.
6. fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring: its sealing ring performance has the advantages of fluorine rubber and silicone rubber, oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel oil resistance and high and low temperature resistance are good. It can resist the erosion of oxygen-containing compounds, aromatic hydrocarbon-containing solvents and chlorine-containing solvents.

7. neoprene sealing ring: resistance to sunlight, weather resistance is particularly good. Not afraid of dichlorodifluoromethane and ammonia and other refrigerants, resistant to dilute acid, silicone grease lubricating oil, but in the aniline point of low expansion of mineral oil. It is easy to crystallize and harden at low temperature. Suitable for all kinds of contact with the atmosphere, sunlight, ozone environment and all kinds of fire resistance, chemical corrosion resistance of the sealing link. Not recommended for use in strong acids, nitro hydrocarbons, esters, chloroform and ketones.
8. butyl rubber sealing ring: air tightness is particularly good, heat resistance, sunlight resistance, ozone resistance is good, good insulation performance; on polar solvents such as alcohol, ketone, ester, etc. have good resistance, can be exposed to animal and vegetable oil or oxide. Suitable for chemical or vacuum resistant equipment. Not recommended for use with petroleum solvents, kerosene or aromatics.
9. natural rubber sealing ring: rubber sealing ring products have good wear resistance, elasticity, tensile strength and elongation. However, it is easy to age in the air, becomes sticky when exposed to heat, is easy to expand and dissolve in mineral oil or gasoline, and is resistant to alkali but not strong acid. It is suitable for use in automobile brake oil, ethanol and other liquids with hydroxide ions.
10. acrylic rubber seal ring: some resistance to oil, high temperature resistance, weather resistance are good, but the mechanical strength, compression deformation rate and water resistance is slightly worse. Generally used in automobile transmission system and power steering system. Not suitable for hot water, brake oil, phosphate ester.
