Improper storage of rubber sealing ring will affect the sealing effect
1, seal ring cleaning: according to the working conditions can be used to clean the seal with soapy water, should not use organic solvent tools. The sealing ring shall be dried in time after cleaning, and shall not be close to the heat source, and the working condition shall be kept clean at all times;
2, storage temperature: 5 ℃ ~ 25 ℃ is the ideal storage temperature, should not be higher than 25 ℃, and avoid contact with heat source and sunlight. In addition, the seal removed from the low-temperature storage state should be placed in the normal temperature environment for more than 10 minutes before use;
Environmental humidity: The relative humidity of the warehouse should be less than 70%. Avoid being too wet or dry to prevent condensation;
4. Sunlight: The rubber sealing ring should be stored away from light, especially to avoid strong sunlight and ultraviolet radiation. UV-resistant bags provide excellent protection. It is recommended that the windows of the warehouse be painted with red or orange paint or film;
External radiation: to avoid ionizing radiation damage to the seal;
Oxygen and ozone: rubber materials should avoid exposure to circulating air. This can be achieved by packaging, wrapping, storing in an airtight container or other suitable method. In the storage space, it is not appropriate to have equipment that can produce ozone;
7. Deformation of sealing ring specifications: rubber sealing ring should be placed in a free relaxation state to avoid tension, compression and other deformation, such as inappropriate suspension and stacking;
8. Product packaging: Seals shall not be exposed to solvents, grease, magnetic materials and other materials that will damage rubber. PVC materials shall not be used to package seals. Seals of different materials and models shall not be mixed together.;
Storage life: The storage life of the rubber seal is determined by the type of rubber material. From the above storage attention can be seen, the correct storage of the seal manufacturers, can reduce the leakage, improve the sealing effect.

How to Find the Failure Reason of Rotary Seal Ring
When the failure of the rotating seal ring is obvious, how do we find the cause of the failure of the seal ring? Will there be problems in the structural design of the rotating seal ring? On the other hand, is the processing technology of the seal ring not processed in accordance with the process, causing environmental impact?
1, seal design problem: the design of the rotating seal ring in the compression is too small, low pressure will produce leakage. Or the selection of the sealing ring section is too small, and the section of the installation groove is too large, which will cause the initial compression of the seal to be too small or not.
2, seal material problems: the failure caused by raw material problems can be divided into two aspects: improper material selection and quality problems of the material itself. Select the material that can achieve the material properties required by the rubber parts.
3. Seal processing problems: The surface of the seal has flashes, burrs, cracks, trimming or geometric dimensions and accuracy that do not meet the standard requirements. There are grooves, burrs, scratches, etc., and the surface roughness is too low. Unreasonable processing texture will become leakage channels at low pressure.
4. Problems in the use of seals: Over-temperature, excessive stress, and lubrication may occur during use.
5. Assembly problems: unreasonable control of the assembly process causes local plastic deformation of the seal, the surface is scratched, and foreign matters such as metal chips, sand or cotton yarn are sandwiched.
