Due to improper operation, rubber mixing is a technical task. At present, many professional and technical personnel still have not found a mechanical method that can replace the silicone rubber mixing process. The main reason for the silicone rubber key is that the material needs to be clean, environmentally friendly and free of impurities. In the rubber mixing process, the operation mode of the rubber material and the adjustment of the wheelbase may lead to quality problems, such as the difficulty in dispersing high-hardness rubber material and the scattering of low-quality white carbon black and high-hardness silicone rubber after rubber mixing.

Silicone protective sleeve is very important to the surface of the appearance, so the requirements for black spots, impurities and burr parting lines are very strict. However, when many silicone products are customized, there will always be a sealing ring problem, and the appearance of the product will be shiny, resulting in uneven face, which will seriously affect the appearance effect. For this kind of imagination, anyone will basically think that this is a defective product, so the product will have shiny surface, how to deal with this problem.
The first is the problem of raw materials. The proportion of silicone oil in the raw materials exceeds the proportion, resulting in a large area of color difference during the forming oil pressure. However, this phenomenon does not occur under normal circumstances, and precipitation will gradually become prominent after time. Therefore, the raw materials can be tested for liquid silica gel before production.
On the other hand, it is caused by sticking adhesive paper during the process of mixing and cutting. Under normal circumstances, it is easy to mix the adhesive paper into the raw materials when the manufacturers of silicone mobile phone sets cut the raw materials. As a result, the mixed adhesive paper is vulcanized at high temperature on the machine table and melted and stuck to the inside and surface of the product when exposed to heat. Plastic paper is different from silicone raw materials, while silicone does not fuse with any substance, therefore, the shiny surface of the product is likely to be plastic paper, which leads to a high probability of product surface.
Mixing rubber processing is a very popular processing industry among organic silicone products at present. At present, solid silicone rubber materials, such as electronic accessories, mechanical seals, daily necessities, etc., can be used in many industries around the world. However, solid mixing rubber is pure in the process. This certain problem is not easy to control, such as bad processing factors, precision quality of molds, purity and mixing of raw materials, can all affect the normal production of products.
The scorching of the raw materials of silicone rubber products is one of the main reasons. The raw materials also need to be mixed with silica gel products to achieve the physical properties. The uneven addition and distribution of vulcanizing agent accelerator is likely to lead to static electricity and fire in the mixed rubber. Therefore, the raw materials and vulcanizing agent should not be completely put into the high-temperature roller during mixing, which will lead to such problems. Instead, the vulcanizing agent needs to be dispersed and mixed after uniform coating.
