Although the silicone product mold is made of medium carbon steel raw material, which can withstand high temperature and high pressure, the silicone key will affect the demoulding function of the silicone product during molding and also affect the appearance of the product. In order to avoid this situation, we must clean the mold.

Select 120# glass yarn for the product mold with suitable washing sand as the bright surface, and 80# emery sand or mixed sand made of 70% glass yarn and 30% emery for the product with fog surface. The sandblasting machine operates to pour the washing sand into the sandblasting machine, put the silicone key mold of the silicone product that needs to be washed into the sandblasting machine, and turn on the power supply, lighting lamp, air pressure and other switches of the sandblasting machine.

To treat the mold cavity, the hand-held sandblasting head is aligned with the mold cavity with a height interval of about 30mm. The mold cavity of the silicone product mold is evenly sandblasted, and the sandblasting head is moved according to the placement sequence of the mold cavity to finish the sandblasting treatment of all mold cavities.
