If the molding temperature is too high, the vulcanization of the silicone key compound will be accelerated, resulting in a decrease in the fluidity of the silicone key compound in the molding die, resulting in a small size and a thick thickness of the silicone key.
Molding compound weight.
1. Excessive rubber material is discharged, causing bubbles in the silicone keys, and the load of the silicone keys is too high and bad, resulting in the large size of the silicone products.
2. The weight of the discharged rubber is too light, resulting in a small size of the silicone product after molding.
The so-called remote control silicone keys do not cross colors means that multiple keys are different in color and are closely adjacent, but the colors produced by molding are not mixed and overlapped, and there is no defect. If silicone products are to be made into multiple colors, the simplest choice must be printing technology, but many keys are very close and the colors are different, so how can these keys do not cross colors.
First of all, when we generally make silicone keys with more than 2 different colors on the silicone keys, the most common is to put various colors of silicone materials on the mold in different areas and then mold them. Generally, there are not many colors suitable for products and the structure is not complicated.
Secondly, we have another way is to use secondary molding, that is, to form a color first, and then form another color. This is generally a silicone product with a large number of colors and a close distribution. The structure is also relatively complex, which cannot be completed at one time through the mold. Therefore, it is necessary to divide into several steps to complete. This method is relatively inefficient.
