Gap problem of silica gel sealing ring: the gap problem can be divided into several factors. one is the rubber problem of raw materials. many silica gel materials show poor resilience due to formula. the lack of tensile force leads to leakage due to less strength in the application process. the processing problem of silica gel ring manufacturers, such as brittle products, which leads to thinner curling thickness, is easy to present this kind of problem, the soft product leads to the inner bulge of the rubber material, which is not ripe, and the deformation after long-term stretching and compression presents a gap problem.

B. tight closing of rotary movement must consider the scorched blush effect when selecting the contraction rate. generally speaking, the inner diameter of the o-ring for rotary movement is 3% ~ 5% larger than the shaft diameter, and the contraction rate W = 3% ~ 8% of the outer diameter.
C. low friction transport with O-ring, in order to reduce the friction resistance, usually choose a smaller tightening rate, that is, W = 5% ~ 8%.
