There are many kinds of common sealing ring rubber additives, and there are 3000 kinds. According to the nature of its role, it can be classified into the following categories: curing agent, accelerator, active agent, reinforcing filler, plasticizer, antioxidant, colorant, and latex special additives and other special purpose additives. The vulcanization process of Dongsheng sealing ring rubber material is mainly the use of double bonds in rubber for cross-linking reaction, and it can also be cross-linked by sulfur or other non-sulfur compounds. The rubber sealing ring material main vulcanizing agent has the following:
A. elemental vulcanizing agent: such as sulfur, is the basic and important vulcanizing agent in rubber industry. Using common sulfur-accelerator-activator system, the resulting vulcanizing agent has the advantages of good comprehensive performance and low cost. Therefore, it still dominates in the rubber industry, especially in the tire industry. Insoluble sulfur can avoid spraying sulfur, is not easy to scorch, can be used for particularly important parts or products.
B. Sulfur donor: refers to those compounds that can release sulfur during vulcanization, so no sulfur or less sulfur can be added.
C. peroxide curing agent: peroxide decomposition and crosslinking are free radical type reaction, to meet the seal storage stability, processing operation, does not cause scorch, can reach the decomposition temperature can quickly decompose, high crosslinking efficiency requirements. Special attention should be paid to the storage and transportation of the sealing ring.

D. quinone derivatives: although the tensile strength and long-term deformation of the vulcanized rubber is worse than that of sulfur vulcanized rubber, it has the advantages of good ozone resistance, fast vulcanization speed and high tensile strength, so it is widely used in the manufacture of electrical rubber products (sealing rings), vulcanized capsules and water tires.
E. Multi-functional amine compounds: sealing ring rubber material compounds are mainly used for special synthetic rubber, which are characterized by high mechanical strength of vulcanized rubber, small deformation of compressed water for a long time, and good physical and mechanical properties can still be maintained after long-term aging at high temperature.
F. resin curing agent: sealing resin material has excellent heat resistance and high temperature resistance. Widely used in the industrial field, the resin vulcanizing agent can increase the plasticity of the rubber in the processing, but the vulcanized rubber has a higher hardness after vulcanization.
