When the stress gradient is large, it will lead to the direct fracture of the rubber molecular chain to produce free radicals, and then cause the rubber's free radical oxidation chain reaction aging under the action of oxygen.
Silica gel regeneration should pay attention to the problem
The drying regeneration should pay attention to gradually increase the temperature, so as to avoid violent drying caused by the explosion of colloidal particles, reduce the recovery rate.
The silica gel roasting regeneration, the temperature is too high will cause changes in the pore structure of silica gel and significantly reduce its adsorption effect, affecting the use value. For blue indicator or color-changing silica gel, the temperature of desorption regeneration should not exceed 120 ℃, otherwise it will lose its color effect due to the gradual oxidation of the color developer.
The regenerated silica gel should generally be sieved to remove fine particles to make the particles uniform.
