O-ring seal is mainly used for static seal and reciprocating motion seal. When used for rotary motion sealing, it is limited to low-speed rotary sealing devices. O-ring in the oil, acid and alkali, grinding, chemical erosion and other environments still play a good sealing, shock absorption.
Therefore, the O-ring is the most widely used seal in hydraulic and pneumatic transmission systems. The O-ring has its own sealing effect and does not make periodic adjustments. When used for sliding sealing, the sealing effect can be independent of the movement direction. It is small in size and convenient to use. Because of the large adaptability of the sealing ring, the application range is very wide, but it is easy to deform when the pressure peak reaches a certain pressure, there is the possibility of squeezing out the gap, and it is widely used in aviation and water conservancy projects.

How to Reasonably Refined Operation of O-ring
Hydraulic seal pneumatic transmission system often use O-rings and Y-rings to maintain the normal operation of the work. How to solve the leakage situation that may occur in the traditional hydraulic system and prolong the service life of the mechanical system? It is extremely important to improve the sealing performance and the efficiency of the work in the precision and complex mechanical system.
Considering that the leakage of the medium in the sealing work will lead to the waste of materials and the inevitable event of pollution to the working environment, there may also be improper measures to endanger people and surrounding equipment. Therefore, we must reasonably install and use hydraulic O-rings to ensure the normal operation of their sealing performance. Among them, O-rings have the characteristics of small size, high sealing reliability, simple model structure, convenient application and installation, and excellent material prices. It is closely used in various equipment and machinery by the boss in the extensive sealing industry.
The working parameter range of O-ring: the working pressure phenomenon is 5MPa; The working temperature range is -200~200 ℃, and the medium has good high temperature resistance and weather resistance.
DSH reasonable and refined operation of O-ring: The forming packing of O-ring can be divided into two types of O-ring according to the working principle. O-ring belongs to extruded sealing ring. It is subjected to the pre-compression effect of the installation groove by the sealing ring, and generates initial contact pressure on the friction surface to obtain the pre-sealing effect. When subjected to the pressure of the medium, the self-tightening effect is generated, and the contact pressure value of the friction surface increases, thus enhancing sealing effect.
