The most common seals in the hydraulic system are O-ring, lip seal ring, combined seal, sealing belt, sealing gasket, rotating hole shaft seal ring, etc. Among them, O-ring is the most widely used in hydraulic system. Taking O-ring as an example and combining with practical application, several objective reasons for its failure are analyzed in detail. O-ring analysis of several objective factors analysis results such:
1. storage (daily storage) problem
1. The packaging of the seal is damaged, dust is attached to the seal, and the seal is scratched by others;
2. The user does not check the installation;
3. The seal section is damaged, affecting the sealing effect;

5. In the sunlight or close to the heat source, the seal changes.
2. structural design problems
1. The compression rate is too large to cause premature wear of the seal;
