O-ring rubber seal
O-type rubber seal ring is composed of a low friction filled polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) ring and O-shaped rubber seal ring. O-ring provides sufficient sealing preload and compensates for the wear of PTFE ring. PTFE friction coefficient is small, the dynamic and static friction coefficient is similar. Suitable for high and low speed reciprocating motion and high pressure system cylinder piston rod seal. Zero leakage can be achieved with two stepped ring seals.
O-ring rubber seal
1. Simple structure, good sealing performance of seals, O-type rubber sealing ring section structure is extremely simple, and has self-sealing effect, reliable sealing performance;
1. Simple structure, good sealing performance of seals, O-type rubber sealing ring section structure is extremely simple, and has self-sealing effect, reliable sealing performance;
2, easy installation Because the O-type rubber sealing ring itself and the installation site structure are extremely simple, and has been standardized, so the installation and replacement are very easy;
3, wide range of application through the appropriate rubber materials and appropriate formula design, to achieve oil, water, air, gas and various chemical media effective sealing effect. The temperature range is wide (-60 ℃ ~ 220 ℃), and the pressure can reach 1500Kg/cm2 when fixed (used with reinforcing ring);
4, rich variety of materials suitable for various purposes, size and groove have been standardized. O-type rubber seals are widely used in diesel locomotives, automobiles, tractors, construction machinery, machine tools and various hydraulic and pneumatic components, etc., can bear the seal of fixed, reciprocating and rotating motion. O-type rubber seals account for more than 50% of mechanical products.

According to the need, can produce for high temperature, low temperature vacuum, high pressure and different media of a variety of special purpose seal ring and shaped rubber seal products. Precautions for installation of O-ring (O-ring rubber seal) 1. requirements for installation of O-ring (O-ring rubber seal) Before installing O-ring (O-ring rubber seal), check the following items:
1. Whether the lead-in angle is processed according to the drawing and whether the sharp edge is chamfered or rounded;
2. Whether the surface of the inner diameter is deburred;
3. Whether the seals and parts have been coated with grease or lubricating fluid (to ensure the compatibility of the elastomer medium, use the sealed liquid to lubricate);
4. Do not use greases containing solid additives, such as molybdenum disulfide and zinc sulfide.

2. manual installation of O-ring (O-shaped rubber sealing ring): 1. Use tools without sharp edges; 2. Ensure that O-ring (O-shaped rubber sealing ring) is not twisted and O-ring (O-shaped rubber sealing ring) is not stretched excessively; 3. Try to use auxiliary tools to install O-ring (O-shaped rubber sealing ring) and ensure correct positioning of sealing ring; 4. For O-ring (O-shaped rubber sealing ring) bonded with sealing strip, do not stretch at the joint.
3. installation screws, splines, etc. 1. When the O-ring (O-shaped rubber sealing ring) is stretched, when passing screws, splines, keyways, etc., a mounting mandrel must be used. The mandrel can be made of soft, smooth metal or plastic, and the seal must not have burrs or sharp edges. 2. When installing the compression screws, the screws should be tightened symmetrically and not in the order of direction.
