1. the quality of silicone raw materials Sometimes silicone products factory in order to reduce the cost of production will use some relatively cheap rubber for production, and cheap rubber is one of the most common problems is insufficient tear strength, poor toughness.
These silicone raw materials will not have great influence on edge removal when they are used on silicone keys with low general requirements. If they are used on some silicone products with complicated structures, they will not only affect the demoulding performance of molding, but also cause burrs to break easily during edge removal. 2. silicone vulcanization temperature is too high or vulcanization time is too long, once the temperature is too high, it will cause the product to be numb or brittle after molding, whether it is numb or brittle, it has a great influence on the subsequent dismantling. The vulcanization time is too long is also one of the main reasons for the embrittlement of the product.

5. silicone mold is caused by unreasonable mold self-disassembly design or poor manufacturing quality or wear of the mold for too long, which leads to difficult edge disassembly. The mold designer is unreasonable when designing the mold, and the self-disassembly opening is not sharp when making the mold will lead to difficult edge disassembly after the product is formed.
6. to other factors, the wear of the mold in the production process or the excessive number of sandblasting will also cause the self-dismantling mouth to be rough, which will also affect the self-dismantling performance of silicone rubber products after molding.
