Silk screen, oil injection, laser carving process
According to the customer's requirements for the surface processing of silicone keys, silk screen printing, oil injection and laser engraving are carried out on the surface of the product, and the quality inspection is completed after delivery.
 
1. Silk screen printing, select the corresponding screen plate and ink for silk screen printing of surface characters. After silk screen printing, quality inspection shall be carried out. Unqualified ones shall be wiped off and reprinted with solvent, and qualified ones shall be sent to baking.
 
2. Oil injection, according to customer's requirements, spray color oil, matting, PU and other ink on the surface of silica gel keys, and send them to baking immediately after spraying. After baking, inspection will be carried out. Unqualified ones will be selected for rework or scrapped, and qualified ones will be sent to the next process.
 
3. Laser carving, according to customer's requirements on the surface of silicone keys for laser carving treatment.
 
According to the design of the silicone key mold, choose punching or manual self-dismantling to remove the excess burrs of the silicone key and trim it clean, so as to make the surface of the silicone key more beautiful.
Process Control
 
1. Process control during vulcanization molding, which is the first station of process control. The main inspection items are size, elasticity, hardness, stain, color difference, lack of materials, etc., to eliminate defective products, to find out major defective problems in time, and to feedback the improvement of production requirements to reduce the occurrence of defective products.
 
2. For quality control during silk screen printing, the inspection focuses on ghosting, incomplete silk screen printing, unclear fonts, poor wear resistance, etc. The defective products can be wiped off with white electric oil and other solvents, and reprinted after the silicone keys are naturally air-dried.
 
3. Quality control of finished products, including full inspection of printed materials, products without printing, washed products, etc., and packaging after various defective products are detected. Silicone products removed from the mold will be associated with some useless burrs and hole chips, which need to be removed. At present, in the industry, this process is completely completed by hand, and some factories also use punching machines to complete it.
