The heat resistance of rubber products means that rubber products can still adhere to their original functions and utilization values under the influence of high, high and high temperatures for a long time. 1. When the temperature requested by the working environment is 70 to 100 degrees Celsius, natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber are selected individually.
2. When the temperature requested by the working environment is 100 to 130 degrees Celsius, neoprene rubber silicone key rubber, nitrile rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber are selected individually.
3. When the requested temperature of the working environment is between 130 and 150 degrees Celsius, base rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber and chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber are individually selected, and mechanical gaskets in the shape of O-rings are annular elastic bodies. The cross-sectional sealing ring is circular and is generally fixed in a groove. During the assembly process, it will be compressed by two or more components, thus generating a sealed interface.
4. When the requested temperature of the working environment is between 150 and 180 degrees Celsius, the liquid silica gel is individually selected from acrylic rubber and hydrogenated nitrile rubber.
5. When the temperature requested by the working environment is one hundred and eighty to two hundred degrees Celsius, vinyl silicone rubber and fluorine rubber are selected individually.
