What is the use of silicone tube error, the main factors that affect the error of silicone tube are subjective factors and objective factors.
1. Due to the influence of the head temperature, under the same extrusion conditions of the silicone key manufacturer, if the head temperature is too low, the inner diameter of the extruded silicone sleeve becomes larger, and the wall thickness of the silicone hose becomes thinner. When the extrusion temperature is higher, the inner diameter of the silicone hose becomes smaller, and the wall thickness of the silicone hose becomes thicker.
2. Due to the influence of sealing elements and fluidity of the melting point of the extruded material, the fluidity of the material is closely related to the temperature. With the increase of temperature, the apparent viscosity of the material decreases and the fluidity is good. When the temperature of the machine head decreases, the apparent viscosity of the material is higher and the fluidity is poor. Forced extrusion of rubber products makes the pipe blank of the machine head pressure increase and the elastic recovery occurs due to the release of stress, its expansion level is also proportional to the previous pressure, and the poor fluidity of the material makes the material less extruded, resulting in the inner diameter of the silicone hose becoming larger and the wall thickness becoming thinner.
With the gradual increase of the temperature of the rubber button, the flow performance of the extruded material in the head is improved, the pressure of the head is reduced, the amount of elastic recovery of the off-mold tube blank is correspondingly reduced, and the extrusion inner diameter is reduced. On the other hand, the extrusion amount of the material increases with the improvement of the flow performance, so that the wall of the silicone hose is thickened.
