All kinds of sealing rings or other seals have their own material media and application range. Such as good oil resistance, good high temperature resistance, good chemical resistance and so on... Sealing material determines the good and bad performance of the material medium. SIL silicone rubber sealing ring has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, atmospheric aging resistance and good insulation performance, but SIL silicone rubber sealing ring has poor tensile strength and no oil resistance compared with ordinary rubber. SIL silicone rubber sealing ring is suitable for household appliances such as electric water heaters, electric irons, microwave ovens, etc. SIL silicone rubber sealing ring is also suitable for various articles in contact with human body, such as kettles, drinking fountains, etc; it is not recommended to use SIL silicone rubber sealing ring in most concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids and sodium hydroxide; the general use temperature range of SIL silicone rubber sealing ring is -55~250 ℃.
SIL silicone rubber sealing ring: IIR butyl rubber sealing ring has excellent air tightness, heat resistance, sunlight resistance, ozone resistance and insulation performance. IIR butyl rubber sealing ring has good resistance to polar solvents such as alcohol, ketone, ester, etc. and can be exposed to animal and vegetable oils or oxides. IIR butyl rubber sealing ring is suitable for chemical resistance or vacuum equipment, and is not recommended to be used with petroleum solvent, kerosene or aromatic hydrocarbon. The general use temperature range of IIR butyl rubber sealing ring is -50~110 ℃.

IIR butyl rubber sealing ring: NBR nitrile rubber sealing ring is suitable for petroleum hydraulic oil, glycol hydraulic oil, diester lubricating oil, gasoline, water, silicon grease, silicone oil and other media. NBR nitrile rubber sealing ring is the most widely used and lowest cost rubber sealing ring at present. NBR nitrile rubber sealing ring is not suitable for polar solvents, such as ketones, ozone, nitro hydrocarbons, MEK and chloroform; the general use temperature range of NBR nitrile rubber sealing ring is -40~120 ℃. nbr nitrile rubber seals:
FLS fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring has the advantages of fluorine rubber and silicone rubber, and has good oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel oil resistance and high and low temperature resistance. FLS fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring can resist the erosion of oxygen-containing compounds, aromatic hydrocarbon-containing solvents and chlorine-containing solvents. FLS fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring is generally used for aviation, aerospace and military purposes, and exposure to ketones and brake oil is not recommended; the general use temperature range of FLS fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring is -50~200 ℃.
FLS fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring: EPDM EPDM rubber sealing ring has good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. EPDM EPDM rubber sealing ring can be used for alcohol and ketone, and can also be used for sealing in high temperature water vapor environment. EPDM EPDM rubber sealing ring is suitable for sanitary equipment, automobile radiator and automobile brake system. EPDM EPDM rubber sealing ring is not recommended for food use or exposure to mineral oil. The general use temperature range of EPDM rubber sealing ring is -55~150 ℃.
