The temperature is too low: liquid silica gel is generally platinum vulcanization, vulcanization temperature is generally between 110 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, (due to liquid silica gel raw materials and liquid silica gel product structure different vulcanization temperature slightly different).
Countermeasures: detect the mold temperature (subject to practical measurement) and appropriately increase the mold temperature.
The vulcanization time is too short. The vulcanization time of liquid silica gel is generally between 60S and 300S (due to the large difference in vulcanization time between silica gel raw materials and liquid silica gel product structure, the practice shall prevail)
Countermeasures: Proper extension of vulcanization time.
Injection pipe or mold contamination some grease contaminants will destroy the vulcanization structure of liquid silica gel. For example, the anti-rust oil on the machine and the mold, as well as the sweat grease on the workers' hands, will affect the vulcanization of liquid silica gel.
There are many types of liquid silica gel, even if the same type of different manufacturers of silica gel function will be different, the use of demoulding is also different. Generally, the release agent containing silicon is used, and the details are subject to the manufacturer's recommendation.
Countermeasures: replace the release agent
There is contamination on the exterior of the mold. There may be grease contaminants sticking to the mold during production (anti-rust oil, machine lubricating oil or worker's finger sweat)
Countermeasure: Clean the mold with toluene.
Embedded objects (plastic/hardware) are contaminated. Some embedded objects (plastic/hardware) will be stained with dirt such as dust and grease during the production process, and the subsequent processes are not clean. Countermeasures: Before forming, the embedded objects must be cleaned and dried before production.
